Adriel BI
Do you store my data?
No, we don't. Adriel connects directly to your data sources via API and streams live data into the dashboard. When you disconnect a data source, we will no longer have access to it.
Who is Adriel BI best for?
Founded by two veteran-agency owners, Sophie Eom and Olivier Duchenne, Adriel BI was built with marketing agencies in mind. With Adriel, agency users can both create dashboards for internal management (Agency overview, client/team overview, etc.), and client-facing dashboards. We are also launching AdGen AI for agencies that want to streamline the process of creating and launching ads.

However, small businesses and mid-to-large enterprises are also using Adriel because it’s easier, faster, and guarantees results. Read case studies here.
How much does Adriel BI cost?
Explore our pricing plans here.

Unlike other BI solutions out there, we don't charge by data rows or hide any fees behind 'add-on' walls. We tell you exactly what you'll get in each plan beforehand and we can help you find one that fits your needs.
Do you do custom data integrations?
Yes. If you don't see a connection you need from our 650+ native integrations, just let us know and we will build it for you. We can also bring your spreadsheet data into the dashboard.
How easy is it to get help?
We fully understand the struggles you have to go through when onboarding a new piece of software and we're here to help every step of the way.

When you sign up, you'll get a series of easy, bite-size emails where our Customer Success Manager breaks down how to use Adriel - from designing your dashboard to creating custom metrics.

If you choose the "Team", "Enterprise", or "Agency" plans, you'll get a dedicated CSM who will personally onboard you and make sure make sure you can connect to all your data sources, see all your data, and automate your reporting. This usually lasts for 15 to 60 days.

You can also find extensive documentation and videos on Adriel Academy or reach out to us directly if you need help.
Multichannel Marketing
What is a multichannel campaign?
Today, customers interact with brands across 20 channels before they make a purchase decision. Digital advertisers must target customers across multiple touchpoints - or risk losing out on brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

This is where where a multichannel marketing campaign comes in. It's a marketing strategy to reach potential customers through various touchpoints, such as social media, email, search engines, display ads, and mobile apps. The goal is to reach customers at every point of their customer journey and provide them with consistent messaging across all channels.
What's the difference between "multichannel campaign" and "cross channel campaign"?
While these two terms are sometimes used interchangeably, they actually refer to different approaches to reaching your target audience.

A multichannel marketing strategy involves using multiple channels to promote your message, but each channel operates independently of the others. For example, you might use social media, email, direct mail, and TV ads all to promote the same product, but each channel is managed separately.

In contrast, a cross channel campaign involves coordinating multiple channels to work together to promote your message. You would use each channel, both online or offline, in a complementary way to reinforce the message and create a cohesive brand experience for the customer.

To sum up, a multichannel campaign uses multiple channels independently, while a cross channel campaign coordinates multiple channels to create a unified brand experience. Here are some examples of each type of campaign:

Multichannel campaign:
  • Social media ads
  • Email marketing
  • Direct mail
  • TV ads
Cross channel campaign
  • Social media ads that link to a landing page with a specific offer
  • Email marketing that promotes the same offer and includes a link to the landing page
  • Direct mail that includes a personalized URL (PURL) that leads to the landing page
  • TV ads that feature the same offer and include the URL for the landing page.
Why should I advertise on multiple channels?
In a world where IDFAs are diminished and cookies are going away, multi-channel marketing campaigns offer a range of benefits:

Increased Reach: Reach a wider audience and boost brand visibility across multiple social and ad platforms, such as TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, LinkedIn--you name it.

Improved Targeting: Build more accurate audience segments and target specific audiences on different channels with tailored messages. See better engagement and higher conversion rates.

Better ROI: Analyze past campaigns and allocate your ad spend across channels that drive results and stop investing in others that don't.

More Customer Data: Multichannel campaigns provide a wealth of data on consumer behavior, so you can fine-tune your strategies and messaging.

Brand Consistency: Be in front of your target audience everywhere and build trust and recognition through exceptional customer experiences.

Competitive Advantage: Reach more customers and stay top-of-mind at all times.
How do you run a multi-channel marketing campaign effectively?
When there are so many channels involved, it becomes harder to manage campaigns. Organizations are now plagued with inefficiencies in compiling data and extracting insights that are draining their time and energy. 9 out of 10 marketers understand the importance of multichannel marketing but two-third find problems with their level of data integration, timeliness, and accessibility.

To run a multichannel campaign effectively, you need a single source of truth. Marketing dashboards like Adriel can cut down the noise by compiling, contextualizing, and presenting data from various data sources on a single interface.

Adriel provides an consolidated workspace for aggregating data from all your ad campaigns, analyze key insights, and make faster, better decisions for growth. Not only can you get key insights, you can also edit cross-channel campaigns directly on Adriel.

When you have all your cross-channel data in one place, it’s much easier to map out the sales cycle, and see which marketing efforts on which channel led to new customers.
How many channels are there in a multi-channel marketing campaign?
The number of channels you advertise on will largely depend on the behaviors your target audience (where they hang out at, how many platforms they use) and your advertising budget.

Generally, marketers advertise on 4 channels on average, although data shows that customers interact with as many as 20 channels before they make a purchase decision.

According to HubSpot, the most popular media channels with the highest ROI include:

1. Email marketing
2. Paid and organic social media content
3. Website pages or site launches
4. Paid search

No matter how many channels you advertise on, you can monitor all your cross-channel ad campaigns in one place on Adriel--without having to go in and out of different platforms. See which channels you can connect to here.
What is cross channel campaign management and how do you master it?
We like to think of cross channel campaign management as the lifecycle of creating, launching, monitoring, and optimizing ads on multiple channels -- also known as "AdOps" or ad operations.

The cross-channel campaign management workflow includes 7 stages:

1. Planning campaigns: Establish a clear and detailed outline of digital marketing and campaign goals and measures for success (KPIs).

2. Trafficking creatives: Develop compelling creatives and strategically place them across ad servers like Google Ad Manager.

3. Scheduling launches: Launch campaigns at certain times on a given day of the week when cost per conversion is the lowest and ad impressions will be at its peak.

4. Managing data: Aggregate and analyze digital ad performance data in real-time.

5. Optimizing budget: Make the most out of each ad dollar by staying on top of which campaigns work and which don’t.

6. Managing yield: Rechannel ad spend from losing campaigns to high-performing ones, build a robust media mix, and start auction bidding & header bidding on ad exchanges.

7. Managing accounts and teams: Liaise between clients and ad agencies, from overseeing multiple accounts to troubleshooting issues.

What is the difference between "multi-channel marketing"
and "multichannel campaign management"?
Multi-channel marketing refers to the practice of using multiple channels to reach your target audience. This might include email marketing, social media advertising, direct mail, SMS, and more. The goal is to ensure that your brand is visible and accessible to customer segments across a variety of touchpoints and demographics.

On the other hand, multichannel campaign management refers to the process of coordinating a specific marketing campaign across multiple channels, also known as ‘marketing automation’. This involves developing a cohesive message and strategy that can be executed across email, social media, direct mail, and other channels. The goal of multichannel campaign management is to create a unified brand experience for customers across all touchpoints, leading to increased engagement and conversions, and customer loyalty.

To summarize, the key difference between multi-channel marketing and multichannel campaign management is that the former is a general approach to marketing, while the latter is a specific workflow for executing a marketing campaign across multiple channels.

Here are some key differences between the two:

Multi-channel marketing:
  • Focuses on using multiple channels to reach your target audience
  • Aims to increase brand visibility and accessibility
  • Is an ongoing strategy for your overall marketing efforts
Multichannel campaign management:
  • Focuses on coordinating a specific marketing campaign across multiple channels on a marketing platform.
  • Aims to create a cohesive brand experience for customers
  • Is a specific process for executing a marketing campaign, including A/B testing and performance optimization
