Team Sparta is a South Korean startup that is transforming the coding education industry with its motto of "Empowering Everyone to Make a Difference". The company operates multiple brands, including Sparta Coding Club, an online program that offers coding education for job seekers and individuals preparing for a career switch, and various online bootcamps for developers such as Sail 99, SW Academy Jungle, and Chang.
Just two years after its inception, Team Sparta has already surpassed a cumulative student count of 200,000. The average completion rate of their courses is an impressive 85%, which is ten times higher than the industry standard, and their courses consistently receive a satisfaction rate of over 97%. This remarkable achievement has solidified Team Sparta's position as the top coding education company in Korea.
Team Sparta was aggressively marketing across multiple channels in order to grow quickly. They owned various brands internally and were actively A/B testing creatives across different channels for each brand.
However, as the number of channels and creatives increased, they encountered challenges in creating comprehensive marketing reports. Real-time analysis of data was necessary to optimize the efficiency of each creative, but the process of identifying and integrating various data sources caused confusion and delayed decision-making. Therefore, they needed a unified dashboard solution to improve the efficiency of their marketing efforts and thereby increase performance.
We have multiple brands catering to start-ups, IT development, and non-development jobs. As we carry out marketing activities for each brand, organizing marketing reports requires a significant amount of resources.
With the implementation of Adriel, Team Sparta has been able to dedicate less time to marketing reports and allocate more time to running campaigns.
The dashboard facilitates real-time monitoring of campaign progress, including click-through rates, impressions, and conversion rates. Consequently, team members can quickly identify underperforming campaigns and concentrate on optimizing ad spend to execute more efficient and effective campaigns.
Furthermore, having a single dashboard for all team members to analyze marketing performance in real-time has reduced unnecessary communication and expedited the decision-making process.

In the short term, Adriel has significantly improved team collaboration and efficiency for Team Sparta. The interactive dashboards of Adriel are more user-friendly than other visualization tools, enabling all team members, even those who are not data analysts, to create their own dashboards. Consequently, Performance, Content Planning, and Online MD teams have their own dashboards, and they communicate effectively by sharing reports in real-time.
In the medium to long term, Team Sparta aims to expand its customer contact channels, such as CRM and organic media, and Adriel will play an increasingly vital role in integrating and efficiently managing various data sources.
Looking ahead, Team Sparta will continue to leverage Adriel to enhance its marketing strategy and operations and actively implement various marketing activities to promote its motto "Everyone can make a big difference."
